What are Pinnacle's Vision and Mission Statements?
Our vision: To be the Pinnacle of Defense against poverty for families and individuals in Scott, Morgan, and Campbell Counties by providing shelter, food, clothing, and comprehensive social assistance.
Each of our core services has its own mission statement.
Emergency Shelter & Housing: To provide emergency shelter and housing assistance to families and individuals in Scott, Morgan, and Campbell Counties.
Emergency Food Services: To meet the healthy food needs of families and individuals in Scott, Morgan, and Campbell Counties by offering a community food pantry.
Back on the Rack Thrift Store: To offer clothing, as well as household and furniture items, to deserving families and individuals in Scott, Morgan, and Campbell Counties.
Comprehensive Social Assistance: To advance the quality of life for families and individuals in the Scott, Morgan, and Campbell County areas through resource and social support services.
What services do you provide?
Pinnacle Resource Center provides those who need it with emergency shelter & housing, emergency food services, clothing assistance, and comprehensive social assistance. We do not, however, offer hotel/motel vouchers.
What does a first time at your facility look like?
When you first visit our facility, we’ll discuss with you your needs. From there, we’ll walk through our various services and help you the best way we can.
